In addition to reflow soldering systems, Rehm Thermal Systems develops, engineers and delivers thermal system solutions as a general contractor, or as a direct supplier. The technical layout of rehm’s systems results to a great extent from measurements performed on the parts to be processed, thermal mass, materials, process specifications and required throughput quantities or cycle times. Customer-specific solutions are usually required where high production rates, i.e. short cycle times, are combined with long processing times. Our special systems are the basis for system concepts which take advantage of time-tested, standard know-how. Technically flexible and economically interesting solutions can thus be implemented for the respective applications within short periods of time.
