An absolutely parallel transport of the assembly groups through the oven is a prerequisite for a reliable, trouble-free production. The adjustment of the transport system is carried out by means of  low-maintenance threaded spindles. Incremental  transmitters  ensure high, repeat accurate positioning and a precise setting of the required lane width.

The drive mechanism of the transport system is located outside the process chamber and thus is protected from thermal influence and also from contamination.
The parallelism of the transport systems is ensured through multiple-guided transport rails.         

On the basis of the requirements of future component inserting machines the transport system was constructed with a width of max. 508 mm.

Transport system offers highest flexibility and is available in the following versions:

• Single Lane Transport,

• Dual Lane Transport,

• Multi-Track-Transport,

plus customer-specific solutions.

Center Board Support

Center Board Support prevents the bending of large PCBs or flexible base materials during the reflow process. If this is not needed, it can be in the first transport track lowered in park position.
