Milestone DMS platform
A decisive step in this direction was the introduction of the self-developed DMS platform (Digital Manufacturing System) in 2021. It is not only an expression of technological progress, but also the foundation and driving force behind our smart factory strategy. The DMS networks all production processes at the Dongguan site and optimises them holistically – from data acquisition to decision support. This results in maximum transparency, efficiency and quality in every step of the manufacturing process.
Recognition on the international stage
The industry also recognises these advances: in 2025, Rehm was awarded the ‘Best Application in Use Case’ prize at the MPC Industry Forum in Dongguan and Shenzhen. This award underscores how deeply digital integration is anchored in the production processes at RTS Dongguan – and how successfully Rehm is implementing digitalisation in practice.
