Our exhibition stand will focus on the ProtectoXC and the new RDS UV LED. The compact ProtectoXC enables the selective coating and dispensing of electronic assemblies. Different processes such as spraying, dispensing and jetting can be flexibly combined within a single system. This makes the system suitable for a wide range of applications – from protective coating and bonding to sealing and the fixing of sensitive components.
As a complementary solution, we are presenting the RDS UV LED for the rapid and reliable curing of UV coatings, adhesives and potting compounds. The stationary, full-surface UV LED exposure ensures uniform curing with short process times. At the same time, UV LED technology reduces heat input into the assembly and is ready for immediate use without any warm-up time. Compared with conventional UV lamps, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 70 per cent and the footprint can be up to 70 per cent smaller.
